A synthetic aperture radar (SAR) sensor antenna is the main concern in this research work. The specifications are settled according to link budget of a project funded by Egyptian Space Agency. should achieve 30 dBi gain and an SLL less than -27 dB with low-profile simple structure. proposed array 16 x 18 planar elements that based on microstrip technology. consists linear arrays each. Each element has two orthogonal slots dual-polarization capability. To overcome disadvantages high loss extended feeding network, column designed using series feed technique. Also, keep design simple, corporate used form array. Synthesized excitations enhance -27.2 dB. novel network easily produce required field distributions. broad bandwidth (5.2–5.4 GHz). Furthermore, achieves good broadside dual polarization. gain, smaller beamwidth, compact size, SLL, wide bandwidth, all which important parameters SAR antennas.
